How do I place an order?

Simply select your desired coat from the dropdown menu on the product page and click the “Add to Cart” button. Follow the steps in the checkout process, and once your order is confirmed, we’ll prepare it and send you a tracking number.

How do I receive orders with multiple items?

When you order multiple coats or accessories, each item is usually shipped in a separate package to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery.

Are my personal details safe?

Yes. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your credit card details are used only to complete the transaction and are not stored afterward.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes 5–8 business days. In total, it usually takes 6–11 business days for your coat to arrive.

What is the latest order time?

Orders placed after 9:00 PM GMT+01:00 (CEST) from Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day.

Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

No, we currently only ship within the Netherlands.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive the returned item.

Are there any restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Gifts and opened or used products cannot be returned.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
